Lost my mobile

Sir/Mam, I posted an ad in quikr for sell my used mobile. I got a response from a person for my mobile. And he asked me to send through DHL and he will bear the parcel cost also. After i got a transaction mail from a mail ID: [email protected] (Royal Bank of Scotland). I prepared to send my mobile with all its accessories with its company package to the address(201,Sapele Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Mob:+2348088693341) he mentioned in the mail. In the mail they intimated that the money was debited from his account and after the package is dispatched from my side the money will be credited to my account for that i have to send them the scanned copy of the parcel tracking details. I asked about the bank in my bank staff and he said that it is a good bank. And i also saw the sender of the mail as "rbs.tranzferdept@accountant,com". so i confirmed that it is from the bank only so their will not be any fraudant in this mail.After i sent the package i sent the shipment receipt copy to the bank email ID. Afterwards i got a mail from him that the transaction is approved and the money will e credited to your account within 3 to 4 working days. After the package was delivered to that person i got mail from DHL that the package is delivered. And the fraud person also mailed me that his son received the package. After 4 working days i asked him about the money but there is no reply from him. I mailed to the bank ID also from them also no reply. Afterwards only knew that i had been cheated by them. Now i want to track my mobile. And i want to know that is the bank also partner with the fraud? or any person from that bank is partner with them?. Please Help me.

after a week of purchase I could not answer any calls I rebooted the phone and now it fails to come on at all

Blackberry Z10 Low battery life

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a new blackberry Z10 mobile on 12.03.2013 for my business purpose. But after two days I noticed the battery getting down after making two calls or sending two mails. I reached to an authorized service center to resolve the issue, but they are returned the handset saying they are unable to solve the issue and also their corporate office will not allow to replace the handset.

I am unable to use the mobile and also my business calls are interrupting due to the issue.

I here by attaching the purchase bill and challan received from service center for your reference.

Kindly do the needful to replace my Blackberry Z10.

Blackberry Z10 Low battery back-up

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Blackberry Z10 Black Series:123 on 12.03.2013 for my business purpose. But after two days I noticed the battery getting down after making two calls or sending two mails. I reached to an authorized service center at Cochin two times, but they returned the mobile saying they can't service it and also their corporate office will not allow to replace the mobile.

I am unable to use the mobile and also my business activities pending because of these issues.

I here by attaching the purchase bill and receipt issued from the service center.

Please do the needful to replace my blackberry phone at earliest.
