The Truworths store in Bloemfontein CBD is the worst department store regarding service. There are 6 tills in the store but only 2 were working at the time when I was shopping at the store. Thus resulted in me having to wait in a queue for an hour and a half as well as other customers with some of them being senior citizens.
When I enquired I was told that the staff members was reduced. This is really disheartening that this store that mainly serves the black customers due to its close proximity to transport facilities is subjecting its customers to such conditions.

I don't think I will ever store at this store because this is not the first time this occurs. Please add to the staff component to reduce this appalling conditions
