I sent a Gift box of Lindor Chocolates @ Wine to my Aunt in Sidney Australia her daughter sent me a picture of what they received…I actually sent 2 of these gifts as when ordering I didn’t think my order went through as I had NO confirmation so I reordered….then when checking confirmation went to Spam ( a lesson learnt )
On ordering I upgraded to a better chocolate box and included a bottle of Wine the delivery by picture from them is nothing as I ordered in the picture there was boxes of Chocolates amounting to 10 items what she received was bars of chocolate the chocolates cost £69.95 per box £24.95 for the wine @£14.95 delivery I agree with Wine delivery was a must but CHOCOLATES A RIP OFF this should not be allowed. They were quick enough to take my order for 2 parcels instead of getting in touch asking me if the second order to the same person was correct.NOT AMUSED.

I am complaining regarding this order as at 97 yrs old how many gifts can I send this Lady to enjoy!!!!! Certainly NOT this one
