Indian passport renewal
I am complaining due to following reasons:
• I have been asking for the link to complete online passport renewal form. I was provided the link https://blsindiavisa-uae.com/passport/passport-requirement-cgi.php which is NOT the link for online passport renewal form. This issue is pending since October 25, 2020.
• I am unable to book an appointment as slots for same day and next day are not available
• I am unable to book and appointment for slots that are in green as it gives a message that slots are unavailable.
Please allow me to book an appointment as I am struggling for these issues since October 25, 2020.

Online Application
my name raja and i visited BLS in khaleej center in the evening around 5.35 pm .i requested for visa process for India . after one person who was speaking to me that you are late i told ok i will come tomorrow after he told me why you come this time need to come in the morng i told sorry for that one i will come again he making face and he start fill up my application during enter all data he didnt asked any thing about me coz he is hurry to go home , after fill up application he inform me pay i gave money i caome back. same time he didnt asked me any airport i need to enter . now issue is that i already book my ticket already now i cancelled my ticket and i loss AEd 700/- only for stupid things which need to inform me before enter all my data . i need my ticket money from bls why they did not inform me.
i called several times but no reply today follow up and then i receive call but they gave me nonsense excuse...please do agree if you are wanna do mistake or ready to give me my money back if no then i will raise case against bls as per legal which i have right .

Rude behavior of employer Mr Ali
I was at the BLS center in Khaleej center on the 26 august for the renewal of my passport .it was a busy morning at the center and I was waiting for almost one and a half hour for my turn . On asking the employes sat the counter I would just get one answer that system is down . Out of 10 counter in the center only four we're working and out of those as well employees would leave the counter because according to then system was down . I went up to the supervisor Ali and he was very rude. He Said that if I cannot be calm I can avail the premium service .i have been in the Middle East for past 20 year and I am aware of the service and capable of paying it as we'll but this kind of attitude at the council with citizens of India was very shame ful .people are waiting there since morning even if something is wrong with the system this was no way of talking .I would request that the employes and especially the supervisor needes to be trained to talk to the citizens decently .... We represent a glorified respectable country. I am sure you can view this all in the CCTV camera .
