I was looking at my charge card account today and saw a charge on it for $10.60 to BLS-Weblearn,computer software store. What!!!!!!! I do not by any software of anykind at anytime. I live alone so I know no one else in my house ordered such an item. I want these people to be punished to the full maximum punishment. These people has no feeling for people that has to work for a living or even seniors and the disabled. They need to be stopped and stopped for good. The government needs to step up and put a punishment on such people and not a slap on the hand. Come on we Americans deserve better. Thanks

Weblearn was electronically authorized by the merchant on 03/11/2014, in
the amount of $8.31. As of 03/12/2014"was the message given by the bank. Somebody knowing my name and my debit card number used my card to do the above transaction without my knowledge. I am pretty sure that the store merchant in this state who was holding my card for a long time at check-out time;and enquiring about my name and from where I am, may have noted the number and used it for personal gain. At that time no customer was in the store.I had already had a problem with this merchant in the same store with another store owner or manager. The next time when I went in I tried to biuy some candy which said 2 for a dollar. There were prices in two places:$1.49 and $1.00.But he would not givbe me the price I argued about:2 for a dollar. I do not wish to make any transaction with this merchant anymore:Dollar Global.
