Phone repairs
My name is Zimasa Mbadamana
My phone had a problem with the screen and I called them they said they will send their courier to take it fine they did that at August.. I paid the phone September and send them the proof of payment they confirmed that they received the money I called them October November It's December now asking for the phone they said they are waiting for repairs Bare in mind I'm paying the phone monthly ..Their Service is very poor they are always inconveniencing ..I want my phone back cz im left with 2 instalment and finish the phone I will fix it by my self ...They are very selfish I even hate the name blue label

Phone repairs
My phone was broken the scree then I called blue label they said they will take the phone and repair it..They sent their courier to take the phone after that it was August they sent a quotation.. September I paid and sent the proof of payment to them and called then to confirm if they received it.They confirmed that they received and said they courier the phone back .I called them October November it's December now still haven't received my phone yet ..What should I do cz they are deducting my money every month my no is 073 4141 204 Zimasa

I want to firstly say the blue label products are cheap and incapable and the prices are too high for this products
I bought a phone a month ago, Calls were not going through, the phone overheats when you listen to music, the battery spam is very low as well, my phone is always on a charger, it malfunctions if you use intranet.
I wish I could get another phone, not CUBOT, I am unhappy with this phone, to think I will still need to pay still need to pay for the coming 2 more coming years.

My name is Bheki Goodman Michael Vilakazi my ID no is 7911285776085 I was have a contract with blue label for 24 months what happened to me I lost a job my for 9 months I reported to them but when the money get in my account they didn't it I don't have problem for that I don't know how I pay them cos the total cost of the phone was R7275.00.what I did to them I send an email to stop sending me airtime because I'm no longer working they didn't stop .and I get a new job they continue deducting.the main problem I went to apply a loan I only find out that I'm owing Blu label the sum of R2999.so I'm asking them to make payments arangement with me and they must stop sending me airtime bur I will continue paying until I get finished I don't need anything now all I'm asking it make the arrangements of paying that balance my contact is0626740320/0616035613 thank u
