Around June 2020 I applied for a contract phone from phonefinder who hooked me up with blue label connect pty, on its arrival, after signing for it I discovered that it was a refurbished iPhone 6, 3 months down the line it got swollen, the battery was detaching itself from the LCD, I called blue label connect, they arranged a courier company to fetch it from me, they took it around September, since then I haven't heard from them except for when I tried to enquire about it, initially I spoke to a guy by the name of Godfrey who told me he's investigating and will let me know when he's done, all in vain, then I phone again spoke to a lady called Delly, she was rude and told me that there is nothing she could do as the matter has been logged I'll soon get a call to discuss my matter because I asked her to terminate my contract seeing that I have payed 3 instalments without a phone, until now I haven't received that call from blue connect, I don't want anything to do with this company anymore, I want this contract terminated with immediate effect.
