Dear sir /ma'am

I am a Ph.D. holder last five years I am staying in Bangalore and I love traveling by Bus only, I want to discuss some issue which last five years I am facing --because of cheap kind of behavior by BUS CONDUCTOR with bus driver also, every time I am ignoring but Now I can't control this is too much serious issue.
I take the bus yesterday only from Magadi Main Road nearby Metro - My stoppage is Byadarahalli ok -I gave ( 100 hundred RUPEES ), Conductor he takes my money and not return my 80 rupees and conductor went nearby first Door and gossiping with the driver when I am asking please give me the change then -he is abusing my mother without any reason and said I don't have change, you north Indian are all mad person.
He is Gunda there is no doubt, he is arrogant there is no doubt, He has resists there is no doubt, eagerly he wants to abuse north Indian people and harassing North Indian people without any reason.

Last five years I am facing a problem with cheap kind of behavior by a Bus conductor because they are not liking the north Indian people, I need justice right now only otherwise I am ready to sue against all the BMTC Management


The Bus number is (KA-01-FA-2307), I need justice that's it -Please kindly take strict action against all Cheap kind of Bus conductor people of BMTC.

They don't know how to behave with ladies, passengers like anything, This is a very horrible situation at the BMTC bus department right now

Please kindly acknowledge my complaint and give me some positive justice to me - I need justice, please kindly canceled the license for this bus driver and bus conductor Right now only
