I want to draw your kind attention of not available of bus service from sarjapura to anekal from 7.00 am to 8.00 am and evening 5.pm to 6 pm.First bus start at 8.10 am from sarjapura so, the passengers face hardships since the buses are never punctually. The actual passengers and have sometimes to have to wait for hours together to catch a transport and some passengers shifted towards cabs, autos and private vehicles etc...
I, therefore request you to check out the matter and more buses should be placed on road.
I am sure that you will take will take early making the bus service more great for the public.

I'm a resident of seegahalli KR puram.there are very limited buses via route seegehalli and frequency is very rare. though road inside area also is very wide there are many people are in need of bus facility in seegehalli on behalf of all I request you to make an arrangement for buses towards seegehalli at least during peak hour(office hours). the bus can take a route from medehalli towars seegehalli then come out in bhatterhali.

My self Kiran Kumar s I live in press layout ullal main road , I'am student studying diploma in S.J.(govt ) polytechnic sheshadri road KR circle and daily i need to travel from press layout to KR circle . Problem is there are no sufficient busses to travel to my college there are only few busses that too comes crowded . Returning from the college also becomes difficult . This has reference to the change in the bus timings of 287K plying between Shivajinagar and Dasarahalli. The earlier timings during the day and evening was very helpful to many office goers like me. About 70 of us regularly commute in the bus during the day and in the evening. The commuters range from office goers working in government departments, public sector undertakings, educational institutions and private sector companies. The timings was also helping the school going children too.

Recently, the timings was changed which has made our commuting difficult. As you know, most of the offices close by 5.30 and the bus during this time was helping regular commuters like me. But, with the recent change, the bus starts at Shivajinagar at 4.40 and reaches Dasarahalli by 5.30 p.m. Also, this is the only bus to Dasarahalli. The bus had become a part of our lives.

But, due to the changes in the bus timings, most of us are now forced to take the autos or walk the 2 km route to Dasarahalli - posing difficulty to the poor and old.

Hence, I hereby request you on behalf of the 30 regular commuters to restore the earlier timings and help us in reaching the office in time.

The bmtc buses that go from Kasturi Nagar to Manyatha Tech Park, the ticket price is Rs19. Everytime we pay Rs 20 for which the change of Rs1 is never returned by any of the bmtc bus conductors. If we ask for it the they shout. Earlier when the fairs used to be Rs11 and we say we have only Rs 10 change they used to bug us till we give them Rs1. They would not mind taking another Rs10 just to take Rs1 from us and again they say they don Rs9 change so they will give whatever they have. This is very ridiculous. The bus fair should be rounded figures. Or the conductors should be warned not to do such things and provide change everytime.

This complaint is against the conductor of BMTC bus number KA57F 3094 in which I traveled on 4th Feb 2020 around 9AM. I paid 50Rs and bought ticket for 19Rs at 8.57AM from Navarang to Ashwathnagar with token no. 11183.

Conductor wrote 1Rs behind the ticket. When i questioned her, initially she said she has returned 30Rs to me already. Later on she started claiming that i gave her only 20Rs. Then she started abusing me saying that am asking for extra money which i didnt pay at all to her. So i asked her to tally the remaining money so that if there is 30rs extra with her she can return it. After counting she said she is not having any extra money as i gave only 20rs to her. Finally after all the argument also she has not returned my amount.

So i request you to take necessary action against her so that it does not repeat with anybody else.

This bus driver was driving rash today, he did not see any vehicle coming over and turned the bus in full speed from Marathalli stop near multiplex at 10.30pm. Bus no is KA 57 F 317 10.30 MARATHALLI.

It could have led to a big collusion of all the vehicles coming over from the intersection.

This is also the common problem of BMTC, they do not drive in their own lane, drive at full speed, Stop the buses at free right lanes.

A training should be conducted for all BMTC drives and it should be made a punishable offense for them in case they are driving rash.

I am writing today to complain of the humiliating service I received due to the misbehavior by the bus conductor of Bus

KA 01F 9094 (500CA/36) of depot - 28 on 29th January 2020 .

I boarded the bus from Marthahalli Bridge and wanted to go to Doddenakunddi.

It was late night (10.31 PM (ticket time 22:31:20, ticket no- 215) when i boarded the bus, i gave the bus conductor 30 Rupees (3*10) for three people for the ticket as regular. But the conductor asked me for 60 rupees stating the stage for the ticket has been changed.

I boarded the bus from marthahalli bridge, but he gave me ticket from "kadubesanahalli", which is 2 stops before marthahalli. On being asked for the ticket from marthahalli the conductor replied stating that there is no bus stop / ticket in system for marthahalli. he stated that the staging has been changed from past 1 week, however since 2 years i have been traveling the same route including the past week he mentioned, still no other conductor informed of any change or charged extra.

After patiently asking him to review the ticket and provide correct one, he became aggressive and started shouting at me and my family and also came for fight, trying to hit my father.

Even after all these I tried to calmly talk to the conductor stating i am a regular passenger & travel the same route twice everyday, he still started abusing me and misbehaved with me.

This is a clear breach of consumer rights, public harassment & looting public for their personal goals. These people not only spoil the image of the "BMTC" system but also create a wrong image of every kannadiga. Also to add, this is not a single incident every other day, BMTC employees misbehave, harass & loot the common public.

Being a Kannadiga I'm truly dissappointed in the BMTC.

I boarded a BMTC bus(KA 57 F 3486) from the Majestic bus stand on 2nd December 1:40 AM. Before getting into the bus, I asked the bus driver if the bus goes to St.Jhones Signal. He said yes and the conductor was standing at the door, he also said the same and I got inside the bus.
The bus started its journey at around 1:50 AM. After around 10 minutes of travel, the conductor came for the ticket and I asked the ticket for St.Jhones signal. Now he said the bus will not go to St. John's signal. I asked him why and reminded him of checking with him before I got inside the bus. I asked the same question to the driver also. Both of them replied to me that the route has changed after I got inside the bus. And they asked me to get down on the road. It was 2 AM in the morning and I asked them How will I get another transport at this time. The road was all empty at that time. I requested them to drop me in a place where at least a few people are there and I can find another vehicle. The conductor was rude and asked the driver to stop in that middle of nowhere and he forced me to get down. When I asked How will I go, he asked me to hire an auto and go home!! and the street was all empty at 2 AM!!.

I got down the bus after taking the photographs of the crew and the bus(attaching in this ticket). I asked their name as there was no nameplate in their uniform. Both the driver and conductor said their name as "Basavaraj" I don't know if that was their real name. I waited in the road for more than an hour expecting another bus or auto, but nothing came except trucks and private vehicles. I had to call my colleague who stays 20 km away to pick me up. till he came I had to wait on the road.

Till this incident, I believed BMTC is the safest mode of transport, especially at night odd hours. this incident proves it to be wrong. BMTC is the most dangerous mode of transport due to the unprofessional and senseless attitude of the crew. What if I had my sister with me? or if it was a girl in my place? or anyone who is new to Bangalore? BMTC KA 57 F 3486 crew!!! you guys just potentially created a victim for risky odd hours of Bangalore.

@BMTC Bangalore, please take this incident seriously.

I travelled on bus no.: KA01FA0819, ticketed exactly at 19:49:24 on 21-11-2019 and the token no. is 7025.

I boarded the bus from Jyoti nivas bus stop asking for a ticket till Shantinagara bus terminal.

The ticket was charged Rs.15 and I provided a Rs.100 note and a 5 rupee coin to the bus conductor. On asking back the change of Rs.90 he started making faces and then only provided me a change of Rs.50 and torn note of Rs.20.
On asking the remaining of the change he simply denied it on my face and asked me to wait. He then went to the ladies section and avoided coming back to the men's section of the bus until new passengers arrived. On asking the change back and a replacement of the Rs.20 note he started abusing me in his mother tongue (presumably Kannada) making noises and on completion he again went to the ladies section.

On arriving my stop I had to get down from the overcrowded bus and was not able to collect my change.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and take strict actions on the conductor and provide me back my deserved change.

I am very sad to info you that, we are living in such a wonderful city in the world even though we are facing discrimination till today about caste, creed, religion, language. I would like to explain a situation regarding the rude behavior of the BMTC conductor while boarding the bus I asked whether this bus is going to Bapuji Nagar but he suddenly started to shout like u don't know to read the board or what and don't u know the Kannada language. It’s just embarrassed me and I really wanted to take action against such ppl so writing up this complaint. Sir, I would say nearly 50-60 % ppl approx Kannada speaking citizens are located in bang and moreover more than 40% ppl don't know the language. Some ppl have come for working because of Bangalore has a huge job opportunity. The only reason they are blamed that they don’t know the Kannada language. This culture is a dangerous development and destroying the belief of outer state ppl. Kindly requesting to take any action against such ppl are not aware of the fundamental duties of their job. Believing that it may reduce in future I would like to write the bus details below o kindly notice it and do the needful action sir.

While boarding bus at majestic Bangalore, I was asking to conductor whether this bus go to kodigehalli or not. He replied arrogantly. Before asking me he offered me a tickets. Though there is a well constructed bus stop in front of MEI factory BMTC buses are stopped very next to signal causing lot of inconvenience to pedestrians as well as danger to passengers on daily basis. Even the traffic inspector and constables will be just observing and do not instruct the drivers to stop the buses at bus stops. As the road is very busy and stopping the bus at signal creates lot of traffic jams and pose danger to pedestrians.

In spite of having a well made bus stop near Goraguntepalya (In front of MEI Factory-Yeswantpur) drivers are stopping the buses near signal causing serious inconvenience as well as danger to pedestrians and passengers. Private buses used for ferrying local factory workers are parking their buses and block the road and bus stop. Even the traffic inspectors and constables posted near the signal are turning blind eye and do not instruct the bus drivers to stop the buses at bus stops.

I have taken the BMTC bus no. KA 01 F 0086 from garebhavi palya point i was to get off at singsandhra, as i was unaware of the stop i asked conductor, he said he will tel on the way i asked him twice again he didnt respond, finally when the bus reached the final stop he asked me to get down, i asked him about the stop he said it went long back and abused me with bad words, when i asked for explaination he and his colleagues at wipro bus parking place started beating me up, such behaviour of govenment offical is really condemable, i ask for justice and action against the conductor. My complete is against a Conductor. Every day I'm travelling in BMTC from kenegri to metro station and from metro to kengeri bustop .by 7:10 pm I border from metro station I taken ticket to kengeri bustop it ll cost rs.17 I paid him 20rs he returned only 1rs instead of 3rs Conductor is refused to pay balance amont.i raised a question from metro to kengeri I'll be around 6stops will come in between run to why u r not paying ..he said I don't have and he shown his arrogance and he spoke with out giving respect..please note it's not a 1st tym experience from this Conductor for a month I'll broad many tyms from metro but I had same experience of change will not b refunded and he ll talk unwanted topis with ladies . I requeated to the top authorises please take corrective measures on him I'm literally experienced very bad words from him .please take a measure on him and make him to refund a chamge.
