The entire experience at Bob's has been a nightmare. My furniture was damaged as they brought it into my home. They caused damage to the interior of my home. Some furniture pieces were not delivered and later they claimed that it was and they refused to assemble some items. Customer service is virtually non exsistent and verry difficult to access. I am still waiting for some pieces of furniture to arrive after several weeks of promised delivery. I can't imagine that Bob Kaufman isn't completely mortified and embarresed by the conduct of his incompetent employees and the lack of quality control systems within his own company. The few dollars that I saved was not worth all of this trouble. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the damage that the delivery crew caused in my home. I believe I may have to file a lawsuit against them. Stay away from Bob's!!!
