Bob's Discount furniture are a bunch of scammers and liars. We got our funiture back from them in 2013 and recently our cat peed on the couch. We contacted Guardian Warranty and they refuse to have the cushions replaced however they made us sign a WAIVER to have someone come out to clean the couch. He never cleaned the couch and he never took his tools out of his truck but he wrote down on a contract that we would get new cushions. He never called Guardian Warranty even though we stood in front of him and he was talking to a lady on the phone who told him to stop doing what he was doing. Someone is lieing and right now I don't care. The fact is you as a company are scammers and I have already gone ahead and told people what happened and I am making sure that people I know will not be using you guys. You are suppose to help the client not hurt the client and scam us. Guardian Warranty they are useless and now we got screwed. Thanks for nothing and there is nothing that you can do to make this better because you are liars.
