CASTLE HILL (Sydney).


I have known Anthony who was Branch manager at the BOB Jane T Mart Store in Castle hill Sydney Australia. I am so happy to note that Anthony has been promoted to the position of a Regional Manager. oh MY god trust me that Anthony was so professional, ,loving and a caring person that no one will believe me. Anthony will no matter how many clients are present in his office regardless of the numbers he will not discriminate any one and will pay top class equal attention to all and will make you feel home, he will talk ,joke round and make all laugh. on numerous occasions when I went there Anthony will leave his office go back in the workshop entertain the peoples working there and make them work hard. even once he started to work on my Car. I am so sad and with great diappointment like to say that Anthony is no longer there since he has been promoted to the position of a regional Manager. good luck my friend, keep the good work alive lot of peoples are missing you. I went to the store to get the tyre rotation , wheel balancing and wheel alingnment done. I was so sad to note that Anthony is no longer there. I will humbly ask the senior Management to let Anthony have his office at castle hill branch please. with out Anthony the castle branch was like a Cemetery, no fun no charm and bloody no one there to pay attention to Customers the way Anthony was doing it. I noted that the Branch manager Paul was there who even would not like to Say hello to me . I am wondering how got this position. it seems to me that he was not enjoying his job and was not willing to entertain, serve his clients. lucky me I was quickly approached by the assistant manager BenMoradi, who as soon as saw me wasted no time , came to me and offered his help. While the work was being done every couple of minutes he will come to ma asking for Coffee, tea and will chat with me. what a wonderful young man who is a perfect candidate to be a a branch Manager I am very impressed with this young man. I will request the senior management to please consider him for the position of the Branch manager, this guy will bring lot of business and customers will leave happy. I am also very grateful to Mr smith who does wheel alignment what a wonderful person. oh Yeah I will not forget my favourite Graham and fat Michael who work in the workshop. they are full of fun, if you are waiting in the car park behind the workshop these guys when working will make sure that you are well treated and entertained. good on you boys. graham and fat Michael keep the good work and also all others working in the workshop. current manager Paul position definitely need to be reviewed if BOB Jane T Mart want good results and profit from that branch.
hey Anthony if you are not coming back to castle Hill than Please let ben mordi to run that branch and bring young mat back.
