Gave them $400 for test kit and was told I would receive a health questionnaire email. Both never came. Spoke with a very rude woman AMY a few days ago and now their phone # is no longer in service. I will have my cc company delete the charges. Buyer beware!

I asked for more info regarding BHRT. A very pushy woman called me three times. I finally answered her call. She wouldn't answer any of my questions and just kept talking over me. She told me I would need to pay the 200 dollar admin fee and they would send me a urine kit. Only after that, would I be able to set up an appointment and get my questions answered. Out of sheer exasperated by this woman named Amy, I gave her my HSA credit card number. After I woke up and had time to think it through, I called back to have her refund my card because no services had been performed. She will not return my phone calls! This is a scam and needs to be investigated!!
