Credit card erroneous charges
After making a few reservations for a trip, when I came back from my vacation, I noticed Booking.com had charged me 4 times for miscellaneous (unknown) reasons, the charges amounting to over CHF 720.
I called the local office to complain, but am still awaiting any response or confirmation that these extremely high charges will be reimbursed.
Moreover, I had to cancel my VISA and AMEX cards, which cost me a an additional CHF 100, which Booking.com has not agreed to reimburse me for, even though the only unauthorized transactions on my credit cards came from Booking.com.
