giving booking.com your credit card details and then being charged by the hotel with no authority to charge the amount £153.29 booking reference 440512074 is actually fraudulent this happened to me and I cannot get resolution to the matter - all I can do is waste my precious time complaining - not good never be tempted by there silly bargains once they have your credit card details that's it!!!
