I booked two hotels with this so called firm back in January. I cancelled a few days later but have not received my refund, which should have been sent within fourteen days!! I have been unable to contact them!!!

I booked two different hotels through this so called company in January and the money was taken immediately. I cancelled two days later but have still not received my refund. I had to pay by debit card as myy credit card was not accepted. I have been unable to make any contact with them!!!

I made two bookings and paid for them in January. I cancelled them 2 days later and should have received a refund within 14 days. I have not received anything and have been unable to contact them. I had to pay by debit card as my credit card did not go through.

I have booked a room in Jersey via this website and the hotel have no booking.
Firstly I tried to pay with my credit card but it said declined, so I paid with my debit card.
When the credit card company then contacted me asking if I had made a booking I became suspicious.
I tried unsuccessfully to cancel both payments and have now had to rebook the hotel at my own cost.

Scam website selling hotel rooms that don’t exist, many people have been scammed but google haven’t suspended the site?
