Boost prepaid mobiles outstanding customer care team and Telstra Excellent coverage.

After making initial enquiries I decided to join Boost prepaid mobile plan which is in my opinion the best in Australia. I say this due to the following reasons.
A : it is $ 40.00 per month unlimited which gives you a lot.
B : Outstanding Customer care team in Manila.
C : I have not found a carrier who has as good as boost coverage which is using Telstra lines.
D : if Boost team can not help than Telstra will Jump in with a intentions of solving the customer problem.

In the beginning I had some coverage issues in my area, I contacted Boost Customer care/ technical support team who left no stone unturned to help to resolve my concerns and my Call was connected to a Customers relation team of Telstra in Melbourne and I had an opportunity to discuss my matter with one of the case manager Robbie who was so kind, honest, caring, professional, devoted to his duty eager to help. I salute Robbie and want you all to learn that Robbie is a champion and is so kool. Robbie will do whatever he can to help customers as long as he is permitted to do that. I am so happy with Boost customer care team, Telstra Coverage and its team who worked hard for 2 days to resolve my concerns raised. after speaking with Robbie I discovered that problem was not with boost or Telstra but I was not using a mobile phone which was compatible with 3G. Robbie helped me to quickly realised that and the problem is fixed.
Story does not end here . I was so happy that I decided to share my experience with Andy Ellis Head of Customers Service and
Cotact centres of Telstra. I was so impressed to receive a response from Andy after business Hours.
