your service is horrible. After calling many times I managed at 3.40pm on 4.01.2013 to contact complaint section personnel. She promised to call back at 4.30 pm but no one called me. Again after several attempts at 5.00pm I managed get another staff but she also told me that me she would call me at 5.30pm. Nothing happened. I also sent smses to 01112147848 but no response.

On the 7.01.2013 I received a call from the bosch maintenance service. I told him my washing machine does not rinse and spin. After taking my complaint he said that technician will be sent to my house on 14.01.2013 and it was confirmed by sms. I had to wait about 10 day and the technician who came on 14.01.2013 said (bosch classixx5) he could not repair because he did not have the spare part - drum.

I am not a technician to know what are parts need to change but I told them it does not rinse and spin ( I expected the technician to know what to change).The technician told me that he has to go back to his office and make an order for the parts and it may take 1 or 2 weeks. This is the type of service we get from re known company BOSCH. The technician was quick to ask for service charge RM100/- I refused to pay. It is a shame
