I foolishly searched the internet for other hearing aids and found Bossa Hearing Aids $86 for a pair sounded great then they emailed me a 15% off code. So I upgraded the gearing air and paid for priority shipping. 10 days went by and I had not hear about my shipment so I emailed. Of course my shipment was going out that day and they couldn't stop it. They told me to refuse the shipping and when they get it back they will refund me. I researched online on BBB website and that company has an F rating and frequently doesn't refund customers for months. I have contacted my credit card company about this but they want me to try contacting them once they receive the package back. I just hope they don't give me the run around for a refund.
