I bought boxer shorts (packs of three) at Sunnypark Jet on the 24th of December 2020 upon arriving at home I found out that they were small instead of extra large.
On the cover it says Xl I was so disappointed. I went back to the shop on the 27th of December and I spoke to one of cashier who was very sweet, understanding and very helpful. She told me she needed authorisation from the manager to do the exchange. Then she called the manager and explained to her the manager just told the cashier "we don't do exchanges on underwear " and turned back and left without even looking at me or hearing out. She gave me what we call a stinking attitude we call it khaki (shit) services. As a manager you are suppose to talk to the customer and explain more. Am a waitress by profession I work with people everyday I bet i would have solved this issue much better than her.
I know very well you dont do exchanges on underwear but it was not my fault that the stickers say xl on small size boxes. Thanks to the cashier she was more professional than the manager unfortunately I dont remember her name but I still recognize her face.
