I used the car wash at the above-mentioned gas station and the system did not work properly (No wax and pipe was broken). Talked to the manager on duty and explained the issue with the car wash. He said that he is aware of the problem, other people has the same complaint. I told him that you should closed the car wash until you repair it. He said that he cannot close it, if you do not like to wash here you can go other place. I told him that is not right answer. He became argumentative, very loud and disrespectful . I told that you are a new employee here but i have been using this gas station and car wash since its opening day and had never had any issue with the previous management. It is very disappointing that BP has employed such people.

I have been insulted and humiliated in front of other people at that time. I am a 72 years old male and have never been insulted in such a manner. I strongly recommend and request that you take you take immediate corrective actions to resolve my complaint. My civil rights have been violated by your employee which is irreparable at this time.
