Most of the critical views of those whom themselves post a critical view of this company are not only showing how childish, they in fact are, but are also showing themselves to potential company-henchmen simply trying to silence some true concerns about the use of their product and the way they conduct themselves as far as customer service is concerned.

Bullies will always retort with an immature response and that simply shows their own malicious intent, rather than opening up a real mature and productive adult conversation.

Readers beware!-------Not all comments are genuine. Keep in mind that similar to the way a real mob operates, the web is inundated with similarly-minded individuals. These domineering creeps whom so easily hind behind the already obscure nature of the internet itself, engage in questionable and even threatening behavior (often in the form of verbal abuse), because it's easier for them to get away with such despicable actions.

Don't simply trust everything you read, but go the extra mile to make sure that what you encounter is genuine and without ill-motive.

There are many ways to find out the legitimacy of products and services offered via the web or by telephone, one of which is consulting with the Better Business Bureau. And although this particular company is not "registered" with the BBB, it still received a bad grade from the Better Business Bureau based upon the information it was able to obtain about his business up to the present date.

Naysayers, Company Henchmen and pedophiles troll the internet looking to pounce on unsuspecting victims. Don't let yourself get caught up by that trap!

Be careful with your online endeavors. Be scrupulous with interaction-------whether transaction related or not. And never, ever trust anyone online unless you can absolutely verify that whom you are interacting with is whom they say they are and more importantly whether the content of their message or response shows tell-tale signs of malicious intent.

Always protect yourself online be being constantly vigilant---especially of things like URL-spoofing, email phishing, and many other modes of attack that may not always appear so obvious to the average user. And always remember this one vitally important principle that everyone should memorize and already know by heart...

All the folks attacking the company and not the parent, obviously have the mentality of a child. They can only see the kid's point of view. OF course the kid doesn't want to suffer repercussions, so they go along with the blaming the company no question. To not see that the child themselves need interaction and discipline means you are a bad parent. Or at least a bad parent in the making.

In the end, I believe the parent mistakenly ordered this product, thinking it would only be $14.95, not reading the fine print, and then pulling an excuse out of their ass when they found out the real price. Obviously he hoped he'd get his money back and it would all work out, but then, already proven to be irrational, he would not accept the loss of the shipping fee.
