This company is ridiculous. They were a referral through a coach of mine. They developed a site that was actually pretty nice.

I went to go change my credit card, after they cancelled my site and didn't notify me about it so my site was down for well over a week and the customer service tells me to give him my credit card over an unsecure chat, or on their website that ISN'T SECURED.

Then instead of answering my questions he passes me through an endless loop of other people to answer my questions before I finally gave up.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! You've been warned.

Brainhost is the worst!!! I keep getting this 500 internal error. My sites run very slow. Takes me all day to do anything in my wordpress. Customer service is a joke. I spoke to a so call supervisor today and he treated me like I was the problem. And where are all my domains? Brainhost doesn't know!! OMG! Missing domains.
