Hello,
I didn't add anything to my site yesterday. Will you be able to restore it back to Feb. 24th?
I would really like to know who requested my site to be rebuilt.
I'm losing money as we speak and who ever is responsible for this nightmare should be reprimanded or fired.
I have many subdomains under themabs.com. I rely on the experts, I'm no expert.
Thanks

Wow! We are at day number 9 and the content and site themabs.com still has not been restored. Brainhost can only go back 10 days, get what I'm saying? My site was last working correctly was 25 Feb. 2012 @ 8:30 am.
I have numerous emails from you stating that my site is working okay. Actually, the shot below is the shell of what no longer is. Click on to one of the pages. It will revert back to what you built on 25th Feb. 2012
That is only a screen shot of the home page. Where is all the content? Brainhost says they have my site backed up, up to 10 days. Brainhost, for 8 days now, has been sending me a screen shot of my site saying they have restored it. This is so not true. I have lost a lot of money because the content on this rebuilt site, that I did not request, does not match. I will keep trying to get someone who knows how to correct this very, very, big problem. Up until the last day...6 Feb. 2012
After that date, there's no more that can be done. Don't let it be found that this is a sabotage.
I will hire myself a lawyer.
If there is someone at Brainhost that can fix this very, very, big problem, send this problem to that person and let that person show everyone, who's having issues with Brainhost at this time, that there are competent people working for Brainhost.
Thank you in advance

Hello Pamela,
I am writing to follow up on your issue with the categories not working. Our Tier 2 Team fixed the issue, and your categories work perfectly now. I was going to attempt to call you, but my outbound service is currently experiencing some difficulties. If you are still having problems, feel free to update this ticket so that we have it documented and can take the issues as they come.
You can also call back in and speak with one of our reps and have them notate any problems you have, so our technical team can have the errors and fix them for you as fast as possible.
Please check and confirm,
Regards,
