On Jan 2 about 930 am my husband and I were eating and noticed an employee standing on the assembly line cleaning the walls and pushing up curling tiles the entire time we were there with his BLK shoes 3 inches from the food the biscuits were placed directly on the stainless steel no paper first disgusting he then proceeded to lift ceilng tiles and the insulation fell all over people's food but it didn't stop them they kept wrapping it up and sending it out the window I asked to speak to the manager and asked her if she thought that was sanitary she said yes everything is covered I said how about those big breakfast plates rt there rt now the insulation dust is falling on them she looked over at the situation and looked at me said have a good day I said I will be contacting corporate that's when she then walked over there

Braums on 111th and Elm in Broken Arrow treats their employees awful. They humiliate them in front of us the customers with no regards for their feelings. The abusive behavior of maddy (that's what i was told her name is) is uncalled for and it has happened more then once while i was there with my family. It creates an extremely uncomfortable situation that i feel i have to comfort the employees by saying she's probably having a bad day..hang in there, you're doing a great job! People like this need to learn how to manage before being prematurely promoted. She is tacky and i hate going in this location because of the awful management team.
