Booked a flight and received good price. Problem arose when airline changed my second flight time earlier, by four hours, which meant first connection flight would not work -- found this out by others flying on same flight. I never received notification from BravoFly about the schedule change. After trying to call the New York city office for three hours (roughly 28 times), where each time they were "unavailable," I called the England office (at a cost, of course), I was informed they couldn't do anything until they were notified by the airlines about the change. The next day, after checking the airline website, I found out my earlier flight was changed (I guess by BravoFly, but, once again, they didn't notify me) to 6:25 a.m. FROM noon, in order to make the airline scheduled change on my second flight. Now the airline doesn't have seat assignment for my second flight and they can't make them until BravoFly makes them for me. WHAT? Told me to wait a day or two to see if they will make them for me. As of right now, I would never recommend BravoFly because of their customer service.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had booked Bravofly from Paris to Venice on the 20/07/2014 with booking ref ID: 270247652 but the flight was cancelled at last minute and causing my family holiday trip to Venice been ruined and accommodation and flight from Venice to Amsterdam on the 21/07/2014 been burnt.

In essence, Brovafly should compensate my loss with reasonable sum without any legal recourse.
