abt suck mcd delivery

I DAMN ANGRY WITH TODAY SERVICE.THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME. I CALL FOR ORDER AT 8.30AM ON 9/1/2016 N THE TOLD ME 30MIN.SO MY KIDS WAIT FOR MCD BREAKFAST.1ST I CALL N CHECK IS OVER 30MIN N OUR MEAL Y NOT ARRIEVED YET.THE START TOLD ME ON THE WAY OK THAN I WAIT AGAIN.STILL NOET REACH YET I CALL AGAIN SAME ANSWER TELL ME ON THE WAY.ALMOST 4-5TIME I CALL KEEP SAY ON THE WAY IS ALREADY OVER 10AM.OVER 10.30AM THE MANAGER AT MOUNT AUSTIN CALL SAY THE DELIVERYMAN JUST ARRIEVED I SO ANGRY THE SHOULD TELL ME EARLY SO WE DUN WAIT NOT AFTER 10.30++ RITE.REALLY SUCK LO THIS TYPE SERVICENOT SAY EARLY TELL CUSTOMER NO DELIVERY LAST MIN UNTIL MY KIDS SO HUNGRY
