ordered breathe pure mask about 3 weeks ago. checked to see if bank paid and it says pending!. when I checked the status it says nothing there. I ordered the ten and the free ten for a total of $31.67! haven't received any emails concerning this product and delays. tv ad says they are available for shipment now at the date and time.

I need these masks because they have a restriction in the state of Illinois that you must wear masks when entering any establishment.

Can't fill in the category of complaint because they don't list the breathe pure masks anywhere in this category! had to put something because it wouldn't allow me to submit the complaint without something put in for category of complaint! So I put clothing, shoes & accessories so the complaint could be submitted.
