It's Been 11 Months Running And Just Last Week I Got Know That They're Scammer And Cheated With Lots Of Innocent People And The Office Has Been Closed/Sealed By Govt. Authorities Since Then I Tried To Contact Them In Dubai Office 04 552 0375 / 04 552 0373 But Nobody Answered My Phone! Then I Tried To Check My Case ID (Login) In Their Website www.brightervisas.com But It's Been Blocked Then I Tried To Send Email To Ms. Sheila On (sheila.cr&@brightervisas.com) But It's Been Permanently Blocked As Well.

I paid 10000 AED to Brighter visas in March 2016. They were very systematic calling me once in every 2 weeks and detailing about the required documents. I paid the amount in 4 stages through my HSBC credit card. I am worried since they have all my documents of me and my family with them. Can they manipulate these documents for something else?? Do I have to file a complaint. I also informed HSBC, they told me that since this amount was deducted based on my approval they will not be able to help much and the time I raised this issue is already too late. By August '16 I received another letter stating that the Canadian visa is getting tougher and I can be streamed in special category if I paid additional amount. But I rejected that request. Since Sept '16 they stopped calling me and my login portal where I uploaded all my documents simply vanished or blocked. Then in Sept'16 another agency called me up stating that they can support me mentioning all the details I submitted. Then I mentioned them that I have filed a complaint with police and may be my phone is monitored and I was tough with them, then they stopped calling me.

The address provided is Brighter Visas (Global/IXP Visas) Located In Dubai, Business Bay, Aspect Tower 19th Floor.

I called up Canadian embassy and they told me please check their website for the approved agents for the application of visa and this company was not listed.

I don't know how to proceed further. I am leaving Dubai in March '17.

Can any Dubai authorities take action on this regards.

I sign up with Brightervisas last year 2015 Feb for going to Canada. My sales male was Duncan rarven my consultant was radney fuggiland, I paid 38.000 I tried all I could to submit all the necessary documents I paid for every thing they told me to.they used to keep in touch , but since from november2015 I never heard of them , I tried to contact they were never found, I tried to login on my case area it was blocked everywhere. I tried to send an email to www.Brightervisas.com it was re-rejected ,please help I need my money back.someone can please help on do I get a refund
