loud music after 12 am

As per act noise 1996 , loud music not allowed after 11-pm but still brilliant convention centre play music loudly due to this doors n windows vibrates .please take strick action on this.they play music illegally. and its a residential area.my house in opposite it creats lot of noise .on date 23 nov 2019 and time is 1 am .
