I have had a very bad experience with this company. They are dishonest to the core. Please be careful when you deal with them, my suggestion do not deal with them you will suffer. Once they have your gold they want to keep it at any cost. They will change their offer a few times to make you agree. If you still do not agree they will bring in the £50/- charge for returning the item. Yet under the 'Why Choose Us' section it clearly states all returns will be free of charge. They are very clever with their words and if you have already sent your items do not ring them to find out about your item or valuation they will squeeze you on the prize. Worse than SHARKS!!!

Im in battle with BGF at the moment. I waited a week for the valuation, original quote on their web around £240.00 for 18.2grms of 9ct gold, was told by them it is 13grms and one of the pieces of jewellery is basic..?! Ive had three offers over the phone, first one £90.24, the second £97.24, and the third £100, and then 3 weeks on £97.76.Im not happy with any of the offers, I have refused to pay the £50 fee to return my items due to contradicting information on their "Why choose us" page - No charge and No quibbles - its a joke. Im am fighting them all the way, I hate to think that there are more people out there who would shy away from putting up a fight against these traders. I will certainly let as many people know how bad they are.
