My name is George Burke and I've recieved an e mail saying I won the lottery. I forwarded a I.D. with my picture on it from LA. I.D. Emailed from a bank in Scotland that said I need to open an account with them which I did. I haven't heard from them since. I checked with my computer and found it to be a fraud. If the law can't do anything about it, they should.
