With respect humble submission i wish draw your kind attention towards above said subject problem we are facing since last 1 month . We Brooke Hospital is international charity organisation working in 16 countries including India since 1999 we have got 44 units running in India covering 11 states, for running a unit we need current account in branch we believe state bank of India is best serving bank which provides all categorical services to customer . We Have main Bank account in SBI Swasthya Vihar Delhi ( 31490560201 ) from that account we opens mirror accounts for our running units in different states ( districts Roirkee Etah , Baduan Agra etc )
Presently we start working in Ambala Cantt ( Haryana ) from 1st April we visited nearby branch which falls near our office ( SBI Maheshnagar ) for account opening in your esteemed branch. We completed all formalities regarding current account opening process like documents
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. PAN card of Hospital
3. E KYC of Signatories
4. Hospital Related documents ( Mirror Account )
Now problem arises from SBI branch( Mahesh Nagar Ambala Cantt ) that manager unable open the account past 1 month we wondering daily in branch for account opening the response is from your sitting manager wait for 1 week more .
Dear Sir my question is not complaint against SBI branch, question arises that after taking all documents E KYC why there is delay in account opening process if branch is incapable to open the account you have to give clear cut indication about account opening.
Sir its kind request please look for this matter as soon as possible so that we work animal welfare without banking fears through esteemed banking services, I am Hopeful you will give prompt response to email regarding our problem we are facing since one month.
