I am adiabetic and my surgar was dropping. We ordered 2 soda's, 2 salads and a pizza. Most of the tables were dirty so we cleaned on ourself. The day time manager was working on a work schedule and the counter person was sitting with her. Our salads came up and we picked them up at the counter. We waited 30min after finishing our salads. I the asked where was our pizza, the counter person arose from the managers booth and checked, her reply; it will be done in a couple mins. My surgar was really low at this time so I asked again, her reply; they forgot to make it. I asked for my money back and rushed to the market and got some hard candy and a can of orange juice. This is a Very Bad Business.

Um i agree with the poster--if you are having low blood sugar the last place you should go is a sit down restaurant that has to cook something for you. You should always carry some hard candy with you.

I wouldn't have waited 30 minutes OP. I would have been asking about my food within 5 minutes of finishing my salad. I do agree that forgetting your order is bad business. Inexcusable.
