I am Pavan from anwa village in Bhokardan taluka and jalna district state Maharashtra. We have taken Bsnl landline for our company (name: aajumai industries (cotton jinig) ) in anwa in June 2014 after few month later the landline wire is broken because of road construction so we complaint to Bsnl office in anwa and also in Bhokardan taluka but few months they said they will repair and after that they said that company has not a wire in stock so after few month we were providing wire but still Bsnl officer is not able start connection.now the Bsnl officer are saying that please fill new form and we will give you new connections but now it's more than 2 month and still officer has not given a connection.the officer any drunken and he also not visit to anwa office single day in month .so this is Bsnl company that they single wire broken issue are not fixing then how will they give new connections. I request to forward this to Bsnl company's complaint division.

our landline connection numbered 0120-2321023 is dead since last 30 days.
complaints already been submitted in concern department repeatedly but no action has been taken yet.
kindly take action accordingly soon.
