Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Narender Singh Rana using BSNL number 9416010515 since last 6 years. BSNL tower is available in my village and it is installed in the property of Mr. Mahabir Tyagi who S.D.O. at BSNL exchange Gharaunda near my village. Since last 8-9 months BSNL tower is not working properly. Every day BSNL customer in my village have to face problem due to poor range and connectivity.No secuirity gaurd is available here and no generator is being used during power cut. Everyday we are missing important calls. I did complaints many times in BSNL office Gharaunda and Karnal as well but no response came. Unfortunately people are forced to shift to the other service providers.
I request you to kindly do the needful.
