Im an athletic director in the Houston-Metro area and have quite a few complaints I would like to share with you the consumers to watch out for!!! Below I have composed a list of complaints.

1.) Pole Vault Pit- I paid a considerable amount of money for a pole vault pit that was guarunteed to be new in its entiret. After inspection a few weeks later my coaches noticed that it was wearing quite quickly. We pulle back the covers to inspect the sections and to our disgust two of the sections were used foam!! I called the company and the female receptionist was rude and said we must be mistaken and it was due to our negligence.

2.) Windscreen- I had also ordered windscreen for one of our junior high campuses a few months before the pole vault pit. The windscreen was put together cheaply. It looked as if they put scrap peices together, and horrible wrinkles around the stitching. I also paid to have them install the windscreen and the job was done really really bad and the workers were rude and left the courts in a horrible mess.

In conclusion I woul not ever recomend anybody to ever use this company for any sports related needs. The customer servic was horrible and the product come to find out was made with inferior material. PLEASE TAKE WHAT IM SAYIN SERIOUSLY BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

I am a long time customer of Buck Terrell Athletics, i STRONGLY disagree with this comment and would have to say this is a total fabrication. I have always been told honest deadlines, prices and have been treated with much respect. Buck Terell Athletics is well known in this industy and I was shocked to see this comment. This company also has an extremly honorable warrenty which they will accept with no argument.
