Cancelled my subscription over the phone last month and have just found a monthly charge on my bank account. Not only that but it's for an increased charge I didn't know about. Chatted online with what I think is a bot ie I don't think someone was there and they asked me to verify again which I did but then didn't enter details for credit card.
Went through cancellation online but not sure if that was all I had to do as the last page gave a phone number but not clear if I had to ring that as well.

Anyway am also ringing my bank in the morning.
