I recently ordered a long gun for my husbands Christmas present and due to it being a muzzleloader it could be shipped directly to my residence. I called several times for an update only to remain on hold forever. When I hung up and called back I selected new gun order and amazingly got a real person that time. It is extremely difficult, if not totally impossible at times to actually speak ti a person. When I finally got through I was told it would be shipped immediately and I would recieve the tracking number. The trackinginformation showed USPS and also indicated the tracking number could not be found. I was also assured it would have to be signed for, therefore I needed to know when to expect it. I left yet another phone message as well as an email. Still no response from Buds whatsoever.
My father in law got home and found it had been delivered to his house and just left in the very well lit front porch!!! No signature collected..Attention Buds, you are lucky I'm an honest person because it would have been very simple to claim the insurance as non delivered..and OH BY THE WAY...it was delivered by UPS not USPS. No wonder I could never find an updated delivery time!
Terrible, terrible customer service.
