Bought two red lights orginal gray unit works but gold Gretzky unit does not. Called customer service several times.Still not working. Unit bought begining of 2018 won't work can't seem to get any help. Should be replaced as many $$ spent for this unit and it don't work. Budwieser needs to stand by product and provide a fully functioning red light.

Your bottle caps are not twist off even tho they are supposed to be. You needed a bottle cap opener, all my friends have noticed this,
