Builder dinesh nanda has befouled 9 families now occupier of J3/60, Balaji Apartment. He has constructed the flats and sold it to 9 families. Done 1 more illegal construction at fifth floor and given to her relative ms.neelam nanda.

he has not informed any one of us that he is been given notice since the start of construction, which is unauthorized.various complaints have been filed, notices were given.
he is not having fear of any one, neither police, nor MCD nor government.

Now MCD is giving notice to us to vacant.

Where will we go, we are innocent.

He daily visits the building and go to flat no 501, which he gifted to a lady with whome is having illegal relation.

He has befouled us, we reuest you to take strict action against him and let we people give justice.

he earned crores from 1 floor having 4 and 3 ned room sets.

I have sent some images and notice which clearly tells that since how long he was given notice, then after he constrcuted flats and sold.
