Sold me a sick, deaf bulldog that had pneumonia, and a long scar down his side from an emergency proceedure that my vet later explained was due to a heart problem when the dog was born. Don't trust these people. Very sketchy and do not care about the lives and well being if the animals they breed.

We are very disappointed by the service of Carolina. She kept telling us she would live chat but never showed us the puppy we wanted. (Excuses) also, she was very rude and did not refund our 500 she made us pay to hold the puppy. Don't suggest buying any dogs from her.

I was sold a bulldog that came to me very skinny and with a huge "Y" shaped vertical scar down the back of his shoulder blade. In my heart I would like to believe this is a birth defect for fear that any other explanation would be that this puppy was shipped from Colombia to Hollywood Florida as a drug mule. On top of being underfed and ravenous for food his first few months in our home, he is deaf. Regardless of his faults I love him dearly and could only imagine what may have become of him had he not been sold to me. Despicable.

Bullcanes/Jose/Carolina are horrible people and scammers. Their website and customer service are flawless but the second you have a problem with your puppy they are no where to be heard/seen. I got my puppy from bullcanes back in August 2008 and all was great for 5 months until I noticed my puppy started to limp. I know its common for bulldogs' joints to fall asleep but when it was going on for months I had a vet look at it. The worst came true when he informed me my puppy had a medial patellar luxation, a congenital disease common among bulldogs. I contacted jose and told him the situation and of course he tried to blow it off like it was a growing spurt/ a phase my dog was going through. When I told him I took x rays and confirmed the disease he told me to send all paperwork supporting the finding and he will get back to me. Its been 3 weeks since I sent in the paperwork and still no email or phone call back. I attempted to contact jose daily for a week and a half and still waiting!!! Like I had mentioned earlier they are good at the sale. Everytime i would call about a question the phone would ring once or twice and jose would pick up but once he found out what my number was he would not pick up or return my calls. Typical! If anyone has any ideas on what else i can do please email me at [email protected] I have contacted the better business bureau and looking at taking legal action as my puppy requires surgery which will cost $1, 800+ dollars which i do not have and my insurance will not cover as this is a congenital disease. please be safe when purchasing a puppy from this puppy mill!!! if there is anything we can do to shut this place down please let me know as i wil do what it takes to get these people/company shut down and arrested!!!

I bought my dog from Jose almost 5 years ago and I'm so happy with him. Everything was legit when I made the purchase and my dog Macho is doing great.
