I went to the tool dept at Greenacre on Monday morning 10am(small sectioned off area-least busy time)asked an employer for service to show me the cheapest jigsaw. He said he was busy yelled out to a lady worker if she knows where jigsaws are" she doesn't. He mention Ozito and xu1 and point to the very short aisle that it should be in. I looked over both side of the aisle up and down 4 times, unable to locate the item. It would only take him less than 1 minute (few steps)of his "busy time" to locate it. That is all I want. I would not ask any questions. I looked back and he was still there standing holding his laminated cards trying to look "very busy". I thank him for his non - sevice and walked out. Extremely disappointed in this employer refusing to assist and is so clueless to customer service. Is looking busy and important overrides customer service? You lost a customer. I drove all the way from Peakhurst to go to your store for the variety of brands and prices. With this experience I would rather shop at my local Mitre 10.
Ps I have a 11 month baby with me and is lost when it comes to the variety of power tools. I just wanted to locate the item and purchase. A simple shopper. Just needed very little of your time as I value my time as well.
