Upon entering the store the two staff members paid to greet customers were too busy chatting to even notice my wife and I. When we left the store half an hour later the same two people were still chatting about the young woman's hernia. As we passed them she put out her hand and said "um". I gave her the receipt, she then said "you're right" without even looking at us before returning to her conversation.
