I been to Bunnings Mount Roskill branch to buy a product. I was looking for it but didn't find it. So I approached a staff member named SEPETI, who was passing by me, to help me out. He didn't listen to me and asked me to get help from another staff member following him. I went to the other staff member for the help and I have been told to asked the 1st staff member and both of them started to laugh on me.
So I just told them that this is not the way to talk to your customers. As soon as he ( Mr. SEPETI) listened that he came towards me angry and raised his hand and tried to hit me. I told him this is not good and I will make complaint against you. Then he told me " Do whatever you want to do" and tried to hit me again.
I am very disappointed with the behaviour from staff member. very bad.
