poor customer service

I have been a long serving customer to this store for the last 18 years as a builder and domestic user. I entered Bunnings two weeks ago to buy some treated pine pickets for a job at my home , I went looking for the item and found there was none on the designated shelf, so I went to the trade desk for assistance and was told there were none in stock, so I told the young gentleman I would return when the store has received this product, he had told me they should be there by Thursday, this being a Sunday I happily agreed with him. When I returned to the store later on Thursday they had order incorrect product and therefore I had to wait to the following week before the correct item would arrive. I was then phoned by the Trade desk 28th March and that the item had arrived and I could come down anytime and pick them up, so that afternoon I proceeded at around 3:45 pm to the Bunnings Trade section to pick up my pickets and was told they would be available for me to grab off shelf , I went to the area to grab my pickets and none were on the shelf , so I waiting at the Trade counter for service and found a young gentle who was on the computer at trade which he knew I was standing there and he chose to walk off out the front the store and did not ask me if I required any assistance, the young man was apparently the person to speak with customer service requiring timber out the back of the store, I asked the lady employee if that young man was able to help and he went by the front of store on his push bike and when asked by staff member what he was doing he just rode off and said I be back no explanation, Very un- professional, I felt this was very poor customer service and when asked some one else for help no one held a forklift ticket therefor I had no possibility of getting the service I was looking , so I left and sid I would return the next once again.
