In May of this year I ordered Venetian blinds and I was told that they were coming in. I returned a few weeks later to be told that a note was left saying that they tried to phone me but got no answer. I went back through my phone records and I never received the call . I was then told that they would order them again and I would definitely receive a call when they came in. This was three weeks ago now and I still didn't receive a call. I can't believe that a company of this size can't get a simple order completed.
