5:30 PM, September 28, 2020 on MTA (Bus No. 4257) #M5 bus route to Washington Hts - GW Bridge. A relief bus driver

arrived late and drove the bus WITHOUT a mask. A passenger inquired Where is your mask? The driver did not respond

ignored the passenger and continued to drive the bus. The MTA bus alerts FACE MASK REQUIRED. The driver of

MTA bus No. 4257, 5:30 PM on September 28, 2020 is a health hazard to passengers and outrageous. I am appealing to the

MTA to address the behavior of their driver immediately.
