I have cancelled my account about 5 times in the last hour via my account/subscription page and I have followed the instructions and I am sent back to my profile. There is no confirmation of my cancellation either in the form of an email or being taken to the pay pal website so I can cancel the monthly payment. I have included pictures of the process that I have been doing for the last hour, I have tried signing out and loging back in to see if my stasis has changed but it hasn't.

I feel that I am going around in circles as the website “contact us” area has only a London address there is no phone number or even email address. So I find my self in the position of not being able to contact anyone well at least not immediately to confirm the cancellation and stop this company taking money out of my account each month.

I have been paying for this service every month since July of last year and I am simply not interested in it any more. Can some one please advise me as to what I should do next. Thanks.
