Hi, I am the account holder of account at Altech Autopage. I requested a swim swop. The phone is on my name but my brother is using it for the past 12 years. I am overseas and gave him an authority letter wit copy of my id and theirs and proof of residence.
The courier did not want to give them the card as I am not their to sign, but I give authority for it. They use it for their business for the past 12 years and never had this problem. I can not understand why nobody can assist them and give the authority to release the card so that they can go on and do business as for the past 5 days they already lost a lot of business.
If their is an authority letter what can be the problem.
